BATZ Cricket Academy is a premier high-performance coaching hub based out of Fairfield and Liverpool region in Sydney NSW, dedicated to helping cricketers develop the skills, confidence, and resilience required to perform at the highest levels of the game.

We provide an elite, positive, and supportive environment where players of all abilities can train with purpose, refine their craft, and reach their full potential. Whether you’re just starting out, looking to build confidence, or aiming to progress through representative pathways, our training programs are designed around the individual. Gopala Mohan

Head Coach &
Director of Cricket

Passionate about inspiring and developing the next generation of players, Gopal brings a deep understanding of the game and a genuine love for teaching it.

His journey in cricket is built on over a decade of professional playing experience in India , where he proudly represented Reserve Bank of India, India Cements Club (CSK Management), All India University, and Premier Grade in Tamil Nadu.

To ensure players get the absolute best development, Gopal bridges traditional skill with modern sports science. His work with R Accelerate (the S&C partner for the Rajasthan Royals,IPL) training elite cricketers of Tamil Nadu gave him firsthand insight into how professional athletic conditioning and movement transform a player's game.

As a Cricket Australia Level 2 and Australian Strength and Conditioning Level 1 Coach Gopal combines his high-level background with a commitment to helping young players grow their skills, mindset, and confidence both on and off the field at BATZ Cricket Academy.
